Moore Seeds Processors Inc. was established in 1988 in Debolt, Alberta Canada. It was a partnership between Brian Moore and Dennis Himschoot.
Initially Moore Seeds was one cleaning plant, cleaning Creeping Red Fescue, Timothy and Clovers. They immediately built a second plant which cleaned only Creeping Red Fescue
Moore Seeds started doing multiplication work primarily for Oseco up until Oseco was wold in the late 90's, but by this point had established a good reputation doing more multiplication direct with other companies.
Brian Moore sold his shares in 2002 to Raymond Walker and Dennis Himschoot sold his shares in 2007 to Raymond as well.
Over time throughput has increased considerably due both in nature of the business direction and with adding another plant in 2007 which cleans Timothy and Clovers.
DLF Pickseed Canada acquires Moore Seeds on July 1, 2017
